Peanut Butter Whiskey Shots
Ingredients Xplorer Peanut Butter Whiskey Xplorer Chocolate bourbon liqueur Milk or preferred dairy alternative Instructions Peanut Butter Cup Shot Fill shot glasses with equal parts : Xplorer Peanut Butter Whiskey Xplorer Chocolate bourbon liqueur Milk (or your preferred dairy/dairy alternative) Note: This tastes best after all three ingredients have been chilled in the freezer before being combined.


Peanut Butter Banana Mint Julep
Ingredients 1.5 oz Xplorer Bourbon 0.75 oz Xplorer Peanut Butter Whiskey 0.75 oz banana liqueur 2 dashes vanilla bitters Garnish Peanut butter + bananas (served on a skewer) Instructions In a mixer, combine the bourbon, liqueurs, and bitters, then add ice. Stir for 30 seconds until thoroughly cooled, then strain into a tall glass filled with ice . Garnish with a skewer of banana and peanut butter .


The Brew-tiful Bourbon (Old-Fashioned Cold brew)
Ingredients 2 oz Xplorer Bourbon Whiskey 2 oz cold brew 1 oz water 1 oz simple syrup 1 dash bitters Orange slices and maraschino cherry for garnish (optional) Instructions Combine cold brew, Xplorer Bourbon, water, simple syrup, and bitters in a glass with a few ice cubes. Cold brew note (from the recipe) Add 1 cup ground coffee beans and 4 cups of water to a mason jar and steep for 12–15 hours. Filter through a fine mesh sieve and refrigerate the cold brew concentrate.


The Bourbon Apple
Ingredients 2 oz Xplorer bourbon 1 oz Xplorer apple pie liqueur 1 oz ginger syrup* 1 oz lemon juice A few cracks of black pepper Instructions Combine all ingredients in a shaker. Shake. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice. *Ginger syrup (for the recipe) Add 2 oz ginger, 1 cup sugar, and 1 cup water to a bowl. Let it simmer over a stove for 15 minutes. Allow to cool, then strain.


Mint Julep
Recipe: 2 oz Xplorer Bourbon Whiskey (High Rye) ½ oz simple syrup (or 1 tsp sugar) Fresh mint leaves (4–6 leaves) Crushed ice Garnish: mint sprig Method: Gently muddle mint and sugar, fill cup with crushed ice, add bourbon, stir until cup frosts, top with more ice and garnish.
