Mint Julep

Recipe:

  • 2 oz Xplorer Bourbon Whiskey (High Rye)

  • ½ oz simple syrup (or 1 tsp sugar)

  • Fresh mint leaves (4–6 leaves)

  • Crushed ice

  • Garnish: mint sprig


Method:

Gently muddle mint and sugar, fill cup with crushed ice, add bourbon, stir until cup frosts, top with more ice and garnish.
