The Bourbon Apple

Ingredients 

  • 2 oz Xplorer bourbon

  • 1 oz Xplorer apple pie liqueur

  • 1 oz ginger syrup*

  • 1 oz lemon juice

  • A few cracks of black pepper


Instructions 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker.

  2. Shake.

  3. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.


*Ginger syrup (for the recipe) 

  • Add 2 oz ginger, 1 cup sugar, and 1 cup water to a bowl.

  • Let it simmer over a stove for 15 minutes.

  • Allow to cool, then strain.
